Inge Patton, the founder of the institute, is recognized as an international leader of education in the esthetic industry. Prior to sharing her knowledge with students, Inge operated two highly successful businesses in Germany.
In 1985 she turned her talents to developing curriculums and manuals for esthetic professionals worldwide. Inge Patton has recently been awarded the prestigious position of Academic Advisor for the International Professional Nail Therapists Association (IPNTA) – Hong Kong.
It is Inge’s continuous strive for excellence that motivates her and her team of professional instructors to take the education of estheticians to a superior level
Inge Patton is recognized as an international leader of education & a visionary entrepreneur in the esthetics industry. Her profound impact as a maverick in the field of esthetics is immeasurable.
As a foundation for her career in the world of Esthetics, Inge earned a degree in the Instruction of Etiquette from the renowned “Deutscher Tanzlehrer Verband” in Dusseldorf, Germany.
Early in her career, Inge operated two highly successful businesses in Germany. In 1985 she turned her business savvy and talents to developing curriculums and training manuals for esthetic professionals worldwide, including Europe, Asia and the Middle East. During this time Inge was appointed as the Academic Advisor for the IPNTA (International Professional Nail Therapists Association) in Hong Kong.
For decades, Inge has been an integral member of the Allied Beauty Association, the body that governs the Professional Beauty Industry in Canada. Inge also served 2 terms as the Alberta Director with the Allied Beauty Association.
Over the years Inge Patton has been honoured by her peers and the business community with many prestigious awards and distinctions.
Inge’s continuous pursuit of excellence has made the Edmonton-based European Institute of Esthetics MediSpa & Laser Training Centre an exceptional place of learning that maintains the highest standards in the industry. The European Institute of Esthetics MediSpa & Laser Training Centre is the only school in Alberta that has earned the privilege to be certified as a CIDESCO accredited institution. Linda Malito 
General Manager
Linda Malito started her education with a Management Diploma and went on to the University of Alberta where she earned her Business Administration Diploma. Linda continues to increase her skill set through professional development including human resources and leadership training.
Linda has been the respected General Manager of the Award Winning European Institute of Esthetics MediSpa & Laser Training Centre since 2005, bringing greater success to both the educators and students. Linda has accomplished this by providing strong leadership through effective coaching, motivation, and outstanding communication skills. Linda takes pride in her abilities to be an extremely effective manager keeping all her staff cohesive and with the same priorities for the students. Linda Mailto is an organized, flexible energetic individual who brings enthusiasm and fresh new ideas to her team on a daily basis.
Harmony Wolgemuth 
Director of Education
Harmony Wolgemuth has been the Director of Education of the prestigious European Institute of Esthetics MediSpa & Laser Training Centre since 2004. Harmony is not only a talented esthetician and a great leader; she is also influential in raising the standards in the esthetics industry through her wealth of knowledge and committee involvement,as well as and being a talented speaker and contributor to several Spa and Esthetics publications.
Her exceptional talent was awarded with the CIABC Instructor of the Year Award in 2006.
Harmony’s background in beauty, health & wellness includes training in: – EMT, Red Cross Certified First Aid Instructing and Sports Nutrition. This diverse training, along with her passion for further education,has made her a valuable member of the European Institute of Esthetics MediSpa & Laser Training Centre. Harmony Wolgemuth also holds the esteemed International CIDESCO Diploma. The CIDESCO organization is world renowned and ensures the highest standards in esthetics around the globe. Harmony has also been an active Technical Committee member and Advisor of Skills Canada Alberta since 2000 as well as Skills Canada National Technical Committee member representing Alberta, BC & the Yukon since 2002. Harmony also sits on the Board of Directors for the Alberta Association of Career Colleges.
Liliana Barbu
MediSpa Clinical Director and Instructor
Liliana Barbu is an internationally trained Medical Doctor with 10 years of experience as a family doctor in Europe. Her interest for the clinical cosmetic industry blossomed after she came to Canada, where she has been a Clinical Director and Trainer for a number of professional organizations over the last 7 years.
Liliana received her extensive training in a variety of lasers from well known manufacturers in the industry. Her passion to share her knowledge with others, her medical background and her natural communication skills gave her the opportunity to become a respected laser instructor. Liliana’s expertise and experience in working with various lasers and non-laser devices combined with her medical background allow her to create unique treatment plans which will benefit all EIE MediSpa clients and students alike.
Liliana’s genuine passion for the clinical cosmetic industry, her comprehensive European Medical Training, diverse experience, strong leadership skills and her ability to inspire MediSpa clients and students is the ideal combination for her position as MediSpa Clinical Director and Instructor to the European Institute of Esthetics MediSpa & Laser Training Centre.
