Body Treatments - Level I

 

In this 9 day Professional Body Treatment Level 1 you will receive comprehensive Theory and Practical training that will give you the knowledge and skills to become successful at a wide range of body treatments. This class is taught with innovative Body  Care products, offering many professional options for the therapist as well as client. You will gain an understanding of basic anatomy and physiology, figure assessments, dry brushing, body polish, body wrap, cellulite and back treatments. In addition you will receive training with the Gyratory Massage Unit which can be incorporated into many treatments. Review of proper salon and spa sanitation procedures will allow you to be up to industry standards in accordance with Health Canada.

 

 

Course Requirements
  • Students must achieve passing grades in both Theory and Practical Exams to receive Certification.
  • Students must have certification in Professional Facial Level 1 or previous esthetics experience.
  • Students are required to provide models. Please note model fee applies.

9 Day Course 8:30 am - 4:15 pm
 
Day 1 & 2
AM: In-class theory training
PM:  In- class practical training, students work on each other
 
Day 3  - 8
AM: In-class theory training
PM: In-class practical training, models required
 
Followed by a 1 week study time
 
Day 9
AM: Theory Exam
PM: Practical Exam, models required
