I visited your facility yesterday to purchase some pedicure gift certificates for my wife’s Christmas stocking as she has frequented your business and always raves about the great service and professionalism of all your staff.
While I was there yesterday, I asked if I could get a pedicure without an appointment. To my surprise I was ushered into your waiting room immediately and offered coffee or tea. Within moments, Azra Tufek arrived to advise me that she would be giving me the pedicure and ushered me to a private room. She made sure I was comfortable before proceeding to give me the best pedicure I have ever had. And believe me I have had plenty both here in Edmonton and other parts (Mexico, & Dominican Republic) of the world.
What impressed me was her passion for the profession and what she has done to become a professional in her field. I experienced her careful concern for my comfort. She answered my questions and made me feel very special. Through our conversation, I felt that she had great interpersonal and conversational skills that would make anyone comfortable. I particularly liked the paraffin “wrap” at the end. Azra made sure that the wax was at the optimum temperature for my comfort. Rather than leaving the room as some do, she massaged my legs which I found to be a relaxing touch. After she removed the wax and I left the comfortable chair, my feet felt like they were “walking on down-filled pillows”.
I was so impressed that I purchased 2 more pedicures for my own Christmas stocking. Next time I’ll call in advance to ensure that I get Azra again, although I’m sure that the rest of your estheticians would be equally as good.
First impressions are important in today’s competitive business world and Azra certainly made a great first impression on me. - Gabriel K
